Cody was super helpful on finding us the right style of floor for us (baby and dog), walking us through everything we needed to order for our project and had it delivered to us by end of that week. We were looking for flooring for our renovation project. Tanner was simply amazing! He gave us an excellent price, suggested a colour match for the nosing, checked the stock, gave us a list of installers and followed up with emails and phone calls. Shopping for floors can be a daunting task but Cody and the team at Word of Mouth made it a great experience for us. They're friendly, knowledgeable and have a great selection for every budget. Unplanned visit today as it was one of the few flooring store open on Sunday. Simple no frills store. We were assisted by Trevor and he juggled between two groups offering advice and samples. Appreciate the honest unbiased opinion on different flooring options! We will definitely be back when we are ready to buy!
