Our engineered wood floor was sanded and refinished in 2 days. The result is better than the original and much better than we could have possibly imagined. The service was professional and helpful from start to finish. We are delighted and would recommend Mr Sander to anyone seeking a similar service.

I have a 30 year old oak floor that didn't need replacing it just needed a facelift. I contacted Mr Sander and a consultation took place with Clyde who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I needed the work doing quickly as my new furniture was arriving. They came the next week and did a fantastic job and the floor looks amazing. Tidy work and cleaned after. I highly recommend Clyde from Mr Sander. Excellent service!

I had some old and very damaged pine floorboards that had been covered by layers of carpet for years and were in desperate need of repairing. Danny and the team did a fantastic job of bringing these back to life. Left the house so tidy too. Thanks Danny!

We used Mr Sander and initially spoke to and then met Kieran. Having accepted the quote and agreed a star date, everything went extremely well. Amazing service, very professional, helpful, quick and efficient, below are before and after pictures and also a picture I was sent while at work to confirm which colour option I liked. Also, compared to other trades people they were incredibly tidy and it barely seemed as though anyone had been home while I was out.

We had our oak flooring sanded and treated by Kieran who did a fantastic job. Our floor looks like new. I am not so impressed by the office, the first team that was supposed to come to give us an estimate didn't even turn up and said they would come the next day but didn't so we arranged to have Kieran who turned up on time and was polite and knowledgeable. Then the office got involved again and messed up the booking time, so 5 stars to Kieran and 2 stars for the office

Fantastic service from Mr Sander and his team. Prompt response from quotation request. A visit was arranged within a couple of days. The team were extremely knowledgeable on parquet flooring with lots of advice and suggestions. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get the floor sanded and oiled. There were several discussions about gap filling, different options for colour and throughout Mr Sander genuinely cared about the look and finish, not about how much money he could make from it.

There were plenty of options that could have cost more but Mr Sander was honest and I felt had extreme pride in the finished product. We cannot recommend Mr Sander enough. the whole process was excellent. Bernie & Lisa

Not sure where to begin to express my joy at the miracle of transformation wrought by Filip from Mr Sanders on our wood floor! The floor was laid in 2000 and covers 40m2 of the ground floor of our house. Before Filip worked his magic, it was stained, marked and scratched, almost black in places and no amount of cleaning could change the way it looked.

It's now better than new, no stains to be seen and so much lighter. I went for the ultra matt varnish and the floor looks amazing - all the natural colours of the wood are enhanced. To make the experience even better, Filip was so kind and reassuring about the whole process. He was punctual and arrived early so that I could get to work by 8am. He is an absolute gentleman, offering to come even earlier to help me lift heavy furniture if I wasn't able to get other people to assist.

He is a true professional and has many years of experience sanding floors. You know from the initial meeting that your floor is in very safe hands! I cannot recommend Filip and Mr Sander highly enough.

Fantastic service from George! He repaired, sanded and varnished the parquet floor in all room of my flat in Surbiton and it looks superb. A really nice guy too.

A really pleasant process from beginning to end. Kieran answered all my persistent questions about which finish would be best and I settled on lacquer. I was worried it would look plastic but it looks amazingly natural and better than before. Kieran was friendly and got so much done in one day my neighbours were pleasantly surprised. House was left cleaner than before. Quote was also very reasonable and cheaper than others.

My hardwood flooring had been damaged due to a bad bathroom leak and you can imagine how upsetting it is to look at damages on hardwood flooring! My process was done with Clyde and he fell nothing short of amazing. Floors were sanded and repainted and even look much lighter which is what I was hoping for as my previous floor had a golden brown colour to it and I wasn't too keen on that. Clyde and his brother both sanded and even ensured gaps due to water damaged were fixed and filled.

Floor looks absolutely amazing and you can no longer see any damages! I've added photos because the way this was fixed is like it was never there and pictures don't do them enough justice.

Danny and his team did a fantastic job, including last minute repairs and replacements of floorboards. They sanded our sitting room floor and the treads and risers of the stairs. Danny was always available for advice and information either over the phone or in person. The team did a great job, left no mess and we are really pleased with the result. I am so glad I found Mr Sander. I have used a lot of other companies in the past, but not one of them has been as organized and timely as Mr Sander. They are very friendly and professional. I really love the way Mr Sander approaches every job. Mr Sander is very reliable and trustworthy, but at the same time they can turn a project around in record time. I have had so many people compliment me on my floors since we started using their services. It's amazing how Mr Sander can take such beautiful old floorboards and make them look brand new again!

Danny and team are lovely to deal with. They arrived by 8am both Saturday and Sunday. They have revived our parquet floors in our lounge, dining room and study; colour matching it to our hallway that was previously done. We are very happy with the service.

Clyde came and conducted a quick, professional survey and provided a competitive quote. I'd had one other floor restorer in to inspect, who took one look and said it was too much hard work and refused to quote - not Clyde! And his quote was more reasonable than another I received. The works were conducted efficiently with the minimal disruption. The team were punctual, polite, tidied up after themselves and - most importantly - did a great job transforming my floors (restoration of parquet that had been under carpets for 50 years ). Clyde was highly responsive throughout the project and his colleagues went the extra mile and even helped move furniture etc. Repairs, insertion of inlaid matting, sanding, lacquering: very comprehensive, quality job. Clyde and his team came to sand and varnish my floors in my 2 bedroom apartment in November 2023. The service exceeded my expectations significantly.
