Excellent service from start to finish. After spending a long time comparing products, One Stop Flooring offered a good price and a nice volume discount. They also made it easy to find the correct trim, etc. I needed. Delivery was on time and I am very satisfied with the products.

Popped into the showroom as it was open with a member of staff and a customer present. Spent 22 mins patiently waiting whilst the other customer was intermittently attended too only to be ignored and not even mildly acknowledged by the sales rep. Even a simple "you need to book an appointment" "Do you have an appointment" "Sorry to keep you waiting" literally anything - even eye contact. LITERALLY THE WORST NON CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Quite happy to take my 10k spend somewhere else.

Brady provided excellent help and advice at all stages from helping us decide which flooring to choose, making sure we had everything we needed for installation, and resolving some issues with the local delivery company not finding our address. Couldn't have asked for a better product or service.

Easy to order, we called first and confirmed they had stock and then placed the order online. we were told delivery would be 3-5 days but it came next day which was great. Would deal again.

Beautiful floor, looks more like real wood than most. This is the second time that we have, chosen this flooring as it is very hard wearing.

I ordered online, then received the invoice to bank transfer the amount. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast, others I'd seen had 6-8 weeks wait. This came in a few days! They asked me to double check all delivery details were correct which was helpful as I've made mistakes before in the past with other deliveries. The order came and was great, not complaints. Delivery man rang 30 minutes in advance to let me know he won't be long, again greatly appreciated. Would without a doubt order from here again, well run company.

This company DONT want your business! Used them twice before (home & office) and was happy. Now looking for flooring again. Went to showroom, could see 2 staff in there, not busy. It says 'appointment only' on door. Fair enough, called number could see one staff member sitting by phone ignoring it. Knocked politely, staff member opens door as if to say 'what?' Asked to make an appointment and he says 'you have to call for appointment (the irony) and you need to wear a mask (I was literally wearing one!).

I then email from home asking for an appointment and for them to measure up & quote. They sent back a 1 liner 'We don't offer this service'. That was it. Have since contacted 2 other flooring companies very happy to take my business. I really wouldn't bother with this company.

Needed a large quantity of Tuscan engineered boards for our house renovation project. After a lot of research found One Stop who could offer what we wanted at the best price I had seen. They promised delivery within 5 days and it turned up on the day as promised. Very happy with the purchase and with the business. :-

As customers we have an idea on what we want (which may or may not be suitable) however Peter will always ensure you get the best flooring for your situation and affordability. Having recently visited for a new project, I thought I would upload current images of the original flooring which was purchased and fitted via One Stop Flooring Ltd in September 2006.

This is the current image of the Solid Oak flooring recommended by Peter at that time. I am still asked to this day about my flooring by visitors who think it was recently completed, as it looks almost as good as the day it was fitted! Like Peter, I would also recommend the wood floor cleaner available in store to maintain the beauty and longevity.

Once my new project is complete I will upload further images and maybe 14 years from now you'll see the same flooring looking just as good. Keep up the good work and long may you stay in business.
