UK Wood Floors specialise in the supply of solid and engineered wood flooring to both residential and commercial premises. Engineered oak flooring is specially designed to provide maximum strength and durability. Each plank is constructed of a hardwood top layer, multi-plywood core and a supporting layer - which are bound together under extremely high pressure. Once installed, this results in a floor which has the appearance, sturdiness & longevity of a solid oak floor, yet has improved support from beneath, providing greater stability. This is particularly beneficial when used in conjunction with underfloor heating systems, or where a 'floating' floor installation is preferred.
Our budget special flooring is a quality rustic grade engineered Oak, at a budget price! We produce this in bulk and machine it to 14mm thick, widths of 125mm which still carries a 3mm solid Oak wear layer. It is then pre-finished in a Clear Oil, ready to lay. Ideal for rental properties or if you are simply on a budget, it offers fantastic value for money, whilst still being a durable Oak floor to be enjoyed for years to come. Wood is a naturally hydroscopic material and will always be prone to movement depending on climatic conditions.

Gary, Steve and karen are fantastic. They put a beautiful engineered oak floor in my old house 15 years ago. I have been back a few times in past weeks to order a new floor for a different house. There is nothing these folks dont know and are so helpful and informative. I had a look in the workshop on the premises where they cut the wood and its stunning. Very price competitive and super helpful. Cant recommend them enough!

My wife and I went to UK Wood Floors Showroom in Farnborough, we were greeted and left to look at the samples, we were not pounced on like other showrooms we had visited, after looking at the vast range of flooring and colours, they asked if we had seen anything we liked, and could they help, their knowledge of the their products and help was exceptional.
We finally chose the flooring and was really excited, the date for our installation Was met on time, the UK Wood Floor Fitters were truly professional and treated our home with respect, they work for UK Wood Floors not subcontractors like many others. Disappointing management. Living in North London we decided to visit their showroom given they had good reviews and we were spending the week end down the coast. The wood quality seemed really good for similar pricing compared to other companies we received samples from. We ask them to provide us with a sample of the exact finish we wanted before we raised the order but after a month and 3 calls we are yet to receive it. Disappointing given they were by far my favourite. A new customer lost and a bad review awarded.
