I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner a few years ago. I found him most pleasant and knowledgeable, not just in the products he is selling, but in life in general. The owner of this establishment doesn't have a clue about customer service, he's obviously angry about something, I would not recommend anyone to deal with this shop as he's super rude, aggressive and not interested!

I bought engineered wood 7 years ago to redo my ground floor and I am still amazed at the look of it : nice long and wide antiqued oak boards, that really look stunning; the shop owner is very knowledgeable about the wood and stone he sells and will give you wise advice on the products you should use and the way you should lay it. I went to shop again this year (for the loft) and, after tiring myself in several shops I had to come back to that good old tiny shop in Chiswick where, to my surprise, I was recognized and greeted warmly by the owner; I found the same wood again at a good price (especially if you compare with what you find at B&Q or Wickes) and it was delivered promptly a few days later. I definitely recommend that place.

My client in Barnes sourced her floors through Tadj, and she was very happy with the service she got from him, and I was very happy with the finished result! The photos speak for themselves, I believe.

The review before mine made me laugh so hard I had to write this. I also experienced the full grumpiness and arrogance of the shop owner when I 'popped in' to ask about some flooring. It was if he didn't even want to sell me anything, and didn't believe I was interested in buying something. Ironically, I will probably go back and try again, as I did like what he has in store. 1 star for effort and customer service. possibly 5 stars for his stock. but that's unproven yet!

The most appalling rude and aggressive store owner I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. The products looked good, but business must be very bad as he was very antagonistic when asked some simple questions. I had to leave and continue my search elsewhere.
