To be honest this deserves no stars very disappointed. 30 years I have dealt with a number of companies, This is a poor company for customer service, only after i wanted a resin path laid, I contacted these guys. Service was OK at first then didn't even reply to a number of emails also telephone calls to follow up the quote. All we got was they would call back.
Even had the wife to phone after a number of calls to them in case it was me. Again they lied about calling back again. Still not heard anything over a month now. Very poor service to the public should stick to commercial work. Estimator there could not estimate a cup of tea. Had another company in which they done the job at the same price, which i will give a 5 star rating to and positive feedback. Lesson learned give customers feedback even if you don't want the job. honest is the best policy.

I have used DC Flooring both commercially and domestically and found that in both sectors carryout an exceptionally high standard quality of work. They are both professional and extremely user friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a competitive and a well established flooring specialist.
