We recently purchased a custom hand finished wax oiled chevron floor from Turgon, who were recommended to us by a designer friend of ours. The colour and finish was superb, as was the service and installation. They completed the whole job within a week. Turgon were not the cheapest option at all, but I have a friend who went for a cheaper option some time ago with another company, and the difference was huge. I'm pleased we went with the wax oil finish, so it was well worth the extra.

Good quality floors with a terrible service carried out by rude unprofessional, unapologetic cowboys who were rushed and made a huge mess - unacceptable considering I spend over 20,000 GBP with them!

We specified Turgon Flooring for our luxury regency development of 18,000 square meters in Prishtine. Chris Ogden flew out when we were installing the engineered wooden parquet to check all was OK. MSMR Architects has worked with Turgon flooring for over 10 years, specifying their products on both individual apartments and houses as well as multi-unit projects. Turgon have worked with us to develop bespoke finishes and have been able to give detailed advice on the treatment, installation and maintenance of the flooring. The finished floors have been beautiful and of the highest quality.

New extension to my house requiring matching of Walnut floor -that was 10 years plus, the finished product was amazing, faultless between new and old. Great service, installation and finish, highly receommend.

We bought timber flooring from this shop, the colour name I think is Alumina. We were assured that this floor is compatible with the underfloor heating. Well we found out after 3 months of using the heating that it is not. The floor changes the colour and becomes greenish under the rugs and furniture as it is getting too hot and the floor has a "reactive stain" that we were not warned about.

When we found out about the colour change we called the company and they were very evasive; they sent one of their representatives once to see our floor and then they disappeared, they were not returning our phone calls and ignoring our emails. Very poor quality, very unprofessional! Do not buy their timber flooring if you have underfloor heating!
