Having done a lot of shopping around and research we can not fault the quality of the product and installation having purchased both wooden flooring and carpets throughout our home from Town and Country Flooring. Contact with the sales team and installation team were friendly and professional at all times. Top quality for a good price, we wouldn't shop around should we need flooring in the future.

I have been waiting two months now for a response to a request for products and services. Despite sending several chaser emails and phoning and speaking to an assistant my requests have been completely ignored. Perhaps they are making so much money they can ignore clients - let's hope it lasts and they don't find customers go elsewhere who have customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Visited the showroom today as to purchase some paint. Unfortunately not something that they hold in stock but was pointed in the direction of a local company whom stock the product I was looking for. On this occasion I wasn't able to make a purchase but the friendly welcome, knowledgable staff and great showroom ensures that I will be back when taking on my next project.

Amazing Showroom, Great knowledge and fantastic products. Town & Country supplied and fitted my new oak flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their fitters were so clean and tidy. I would recommend this company without any hesitation for the service and the quality of the flooring they made for me.

I am afraid to say that I am having a bad experience. 28th February booked an appointment, no- one turned up, no phone call, so I phoned them asked what had happened. Said they didn't have my number to let me know, but I went into the shop a week before and watched the assistant write both my numbers down. I re-arrange an appointment for 4 days later.

Gentleman arrived NO apology for not turning up. Measured up, fine, suggested I pop into shop to look at other carpet and he would be there to show me on the Thursday. Arrived on the Thursday. Another gentlemen in the shop knew nothing about it. So I returned later that day to speak with previous gentleman who knew something. I left with a reassurance that my quote would be done that afternoon and sent to me.

I have now been waiting FOUR weeks for a quote. I have rang twice and just been told they are very busy. Which I accepted the first time. So from start to now I have been waiting six weeks and no further forward. I don't think this is very good customer service at all. Shame as this has definitely put me of! I have now been in touch with another company that does the same carpets in Cheltenham and what a difference their customer service is. Shame not to use a local firm.

Had Town and Country Flooring fit my whole house and couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Good advise, beautiful looking flooring and prompt fitting. Wood highly recommend!

Our builder selected Town and Country for our upstairs flooring. Acknowledging that I am a very particular customer, I spent time detailing all the required specs. Town and Country met and exceeded my expectations. The quality of material is top end; with expert advice and fine installation, we could not be happier with our gorgeous oak floors. We will return to Town and Country for our other projects.

First visit to look at new flooring. Hugely impressed with the quality of the products plus the knowledge Jamie has and how helpful he was. Our flooring has now been fitted and we are really pleased. The team Jamie sent to do the fit were fabulous, very respectful of our home, attention to detail was excellent and they worked early and late over weekends to get the job done. Very happy customers.

Very Poor Indeed. I would not recommend using this supplier, their service was terrible, they got our order totally wrong, the delivery price was extortionate and their after sales service terrible.
