We are based North of Manchester in a bespoke 20,000 square foot show room and warehouse. We hold over 500,000 carpet tiles in stock and pride ourselves on a speedy service and a great price. Carpet tiles provide an economical, hardwearing and versatile alternative to floor covering for office, home and leisure applications. Heavy traffic and damaged areas can be easily replaced by moving tiles around or replacement of the affected tile(s), conventional roll carpeting not having this flexibility. Unavoidable accidents/spillages caused by pets and children alike are easily remedied.

Discount Carpet Tiles Limited, formally known as Lomeshaye Carpet Tiles was founded back in the year 2000. By 2003 we had become a limited company with a turnover in excess of 400k and despite some challenging economic circumstances throughout the years we have continued to grow and diversify. Our premises have grown in size from a small office and showroom with an equally small warehouse unit to a substantial two storey industrial unit fully stock with a multitude of ranges and colours of carpet tiles.
Factory seconds, also known as factory rejects or simply seconds are items which through minor faults of manufacture are sold to the public for a vastly reduced price. We are regularly offered items due to an overstock of merchandise by the manufacture or end of range products which do not have any flaws.

Very poor customer service, very unprofessional. If you've any queries or problems, after you've given them your money. They will fob you off, hang up or just not answer your calls. Better you find a professional company who will offer better price, better fitting quality and better customer service.

Prices are good and quality is ok, just make sure you order 10% more than you need to take into account the ones that aren't usable. Given the price, that's fine by me. But chances of getting what you actually ordered seem slim - make sure what you receive is what you actually ordered. I had a two-tile design and needed a few more (my miscalculation), ordered more of one type and got something totally different.
On calling they said the ones I wanted were out of stock. So why not just say that? They refunded those but never collected them. Decided to order the other style from my design instead - basic Jet Black tiles. Guess what? Got totally different grey ones. Make sure you order enough because they aren't capable to picking the same ones if you re-order.

Read their T&Cs, called up to check their stock, they let me know what was available. Placed an order of 110 carpet tiles in 2 colours on their website and it all came through within a week! All carpet tiles were in perfect condition, they did a great job picking the best and all the colours were the same too. Really happy experience! Thanks!

Really poor service, would never use again. Firstly, decided to substitute the tile I ordered for a completely different one without telling or consulting me. Second, sent me two tiles less than ordered. Thirdly, when I rang up they said they would investigate and call back. I have never heard anything at all. Still waiting. I would not recommend this company.

When I spoke to the gentleman over the phone he said I would get seconds. I can honestly said I can't tell the difference the quality of the tiles are next to perfect. You won't be disappointed why pay more when you can get the same quality for less the price. Definitely will deal with this company again.
