Very professional installation of underfloor heating system linking in with existing hive set up to independently control the underfloor. The finish on the floor was incredibly smooth after the screed was applied. The true test will be when winter comes but can definitely feel the floor warming up when the water is running through the pipes. Certainly recommend Russel and his team.

Cannot praise this company and especially russ enough. Rang them midweek about my underfloor heating which had failed. Came out Saturday morning 8.30 and repaired with 2 new valves which he had in stock on his van. Fixed in 2 hours and our house is now back to lovely and warm. The guy was an absolute legend. Gave me prices over the phone for initial call out charge and subsequent charge per hour. Everything was clear and no hidden or surprise charges. Prices quoted was more than reasonable compared to other engineers I called. He came promptly and was polite and not pushy at all. Answered all questions I had in regards to my glitchy water underfloor heating. Gave my full system a thorough inspection. Turned out didn't need a flush at all and adjusted my flow rates.

He has integrity not to do unnecessary work that will be charged for. Due to the simple fix he didn't even charge a full initial call out charge. Added bonus was he adjusted and setup my Heatmiser thermostats and app on my phone. Would not use anyone else now.

Russel fixed my underfloor heating after trying 5 other companies in my local area. He travelled further than he should have to fix my underfloor heating and was on time, fixed every problem I had, was a pleasure to deal with and I really felt comfortable having him in my home and chatting with. Russell came today to do our annual underfloor heating maintenance, including checking the plant room, manifolds and heating efficiency. Very impressed and pleased with the service we received from Russell at WarmFloors. After taking photos of our system he was able to advise on price and if he was able to repair our old underfloor heating. We found Russell to be very professional and personable taking time to explain what he was doing to my very elderly father. He called back for a second visit to fit a new part and reset the whole system which proved quite tricky but Russell made sure it was all fully working before he left. A great service and a great experience for us.

Really pleased with the work Russel did for us to get our underfloor heating working again, and to change the thermostats to a more modern, easy-to-control system. From my initial conversation with Russel I knew he was the best person for the job and a real expert at what he does, which is very hard to find as far as underfloor heating is concerned!

I sent a few photos to Russel to show him our system and what we wanted doing and from there we booked a date for Russel to come and complete the work. There was no initial visit required, Russel simply turned up on the agreed day and completed the work efficiently and exactly to our specification. Excellent service from Russel. We'd had problems with our underfloor heating for ages, that several companies had been unable to fix. Russel arrived and quickly found that we had two separate problems caused by poor installation. He was then able to successfully re-wire everything, fixing both faults and preventing further issues down the line. They clearly know their stuff about underfloor heating systems, unlike most generalist heating firms. Very pleased that the system is fixed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Russel and the company.
