Had new laminate flooring from flooring surgeons in Halesowen. From start to finish what great professional service this company has given me. from the showroom to fitting. The day of fitting young professional lad Ryan worked rely hard all day and made a excellent job of my new flooring. Ryan it was a pleasure having you doing work for me. Top lad. Excellent company

Delivery was smooth and I really appreciated the help by the driver to unload the 35 boxes!

Purchased from floor surgeons online after searching for herringbone designs both locally and online. Ordered a few samples, placed order after receiving sample and order was delivered in a few days. Excellent quality flooring and excellent customer service

We visited a few floor shops and the Halesowen shop just oozed class from when we walked in. We were not pestered or pressured. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had but you sometimes need to pay the little extra to get the quality. Floor surgeons did not disappoint. The fitter was top notch and we are very happy with our new flooring- thank you

Brilliant service from start to finish with this company. Great help from Ed when picking our floor, came to measure up the next day and quote received in a couple of hours. We were able to book fitting for when we wanted it and the fitters did a great job. They worked hard to get it done and were very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Superb service from Flooring Surgeons. The initial request for sample was processed quickly and I received a follow up call shortly afterwards by Paolo. Excellent service when ordering and company allowed choice of delivery dates. The quality of the product itself is absolutely superb, looks and feels like real wood and carpenter said it was very easy to work with.

Harvey at flooring Surgeons, made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked in the door. I needed a wooden floor for my parents house as carpet was becoming to much trouble for them now. Harvey put me right with which floor to chose for them as I didn't have a clue. It was all sorted and Ed was sent out to check my measurements and tell us if there was any problems before the floor was layed.

Again great guy and all sorted also very quickly. The floor was ordered and within days Harvey had got the fitting day in within a day or two as I worried about mum and dad on the bare floorboards which weren't very good! The fitters came, fixed old floorboards, fitted the beautiful new floor down and beaded it and shaved a door in two rooms and it was all done!

One day! Unbelievable and very well done! Lovely guys all round, lovely price and the floor looks amazing. I went here only after reading reviews! Reviews count! And they deserve top reviews! Thank you so much, my parents are very happy which makes me happy too.

I couldn't speak Highly enough of this company. The herringbone laminate flooring were beautiful, and of an excellent quality, we've had a lot of compliments on them. The planks are a good size so great for high traffic areas. The images on the website are also true to likeness, which helped a great deal as we didn't see the floors in person. Special Mention to Harvey, who went above and beyond to fulfill our order. I will be using them again in the future. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

We received some great samples to help choose the right flooring, I then contacted Flooring Surgeons to discuss my requirements and have now had the floor delivered and laid. The quality is excellent and the flooring looks amazing. The guys were so helpful in explaining all the options and ensuring my floor met my needs. Delivery on time.
