2 of your employees made our and other guests at the premier Inn Cheltenham north west a nightmare in Tuesday 15th September. Thanks to them we were awake from 1am whilst they talked, shouted, swore till around 3am around one of your vans. At 2.15am they decided to have a small carpark disco and out one of the vans radios on full and opened both doors.
This blasted out for about 15 minutes! If you are thinking of hiring this company I would consider the professional way the staff conduct themselves and then what sort of half baked job they will do!

From 2am we had two members of your staff in two of your vans shouting and swearing in the premier Inn Cheltenham carpark. 2.30am they decided it funny to put the van radio on full for 10 minutes. Complaint made at reception and we believe they were asked to stop. They then returned to the van and continued talking. What a great way your staff have of advertising your business. NO respect for other residents.

I'm so shocked by the conduct of the staff that work for this company. I never used this company but so angry that I was just in a McDonald's car park in Wellingborough and their two employees mocked me speaking to my son and laughing at us (whilst we minded our business) because we were black. I noted the company van information. Do better and act maturely.
