As others have said, do not deal with this company. They push you to over order and are very reluctant to accept returns after a ridiculously short period of 28 days. When you contact them they are rude to the point of arrogance. The quality of the flooring is also not what we expected, ( we ordered the Emperor Distressed Vintage golden oak brushed oiled engineered wood flooring) which marks extremely easily.
When we complained to the company they suggested we buy an expensive oil and give it another coat to add further protection! Save your money and get cheaper and better quality elsewhere. Truly shocking service from this joke of a company. I'm amazed they haven't appeared on the BBC's Rogue Traders.

The customer service of this company is useless. I spoke with the manager of this company and he wasn't even willing to give me his name. Asking about why a delivery will not be made, I was told the courier service only just told them. No attempt that I can validate to contact me and inform me was made. Appalling customer service. I will never buy from this company again.
I am shocked at the rudeness of the manager. Do not buy from these people. It's worth paying a little more elsewhere and getting the same products. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Needed 1 pack of vinyl flooring as I ordered too little and it was cheaper to order from here with delivery. Ordered on 1/11/2021 and my order still hasn't been collected for delivery yet. The only way to contact them is by "Live chat" which takes at least 24 hours for them to reply, I've asked for a refund and cancellation and they haven't actioned this yet (it's been 3 days since I requested a refund) Based on other reviews I don't think they actually have the stock in. Go elsewhere to a legitimate company, this place is an absolute scam ran by incompetent people.

Will never buy from them again. We only received part of an order and they refused to admit it despite an email from the courier stating that a pack had been split and returned to them. They know that. I even offered to donate the disputed amount (100) to a childrens charity which they refused to do. Appalling customer service. Riz tried to talk over me most of the time. They have done themselves out of a 100 sq meter order which I will be placing elsewhere.

The worst service I've ever had with any UK company. One month after having bought and paid for flooring I had to get a refund. Never contacted me once, was me chasing them all the way, multiple times. Each time they lied telling me they tried to call that day. Tiring listening to them. Comedic frankly. After 2 weeks and no delivery I called to be told they don't have enough stock, despite still showing it as in stock online.
Then told they have part of the order. I go to clients house, measure up and see if I can't omit a room until more stock arrives. I call back and ask them to tell me exactly how many packs they have in warehouse.to be told 10 packs less than they had earlier. Basically, they'd sold what I owned. Disgraceful throughout. Would advise to avoid at all costs. Looked on their social media pages after to see rafts of equally bad reports. All too late for me to avoid.

If leaving no stars was an option i would do that. I ordered some floor a while back which stated on their website, water and scratch proof - there used to be an image of the water resistant on the website. I had an issue with the floor being delivered, which i managed to sort, my floor has been laid for roughly 6/9 weeks now - if that, we do not have a pet, my floor is scratched to pieces, it has burn marks on - it has scratches I got in touch with customer service and never heard back, I've chased every week to be told. i need to pay an inspection fee of 220 for them to come and inspect the floor!
Work that one out. While i was on the phone to Ifran as well i mentioned it stating online that it was water and scratch proof, he disagreed when he was on the phone to me he said he would check online now and he did and stated that the waterproof resistant mark needed to be removed!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY floors direct midlands ltd Worst flooring i have ever purchased. 4 packs were so damaged they were unusable. When i contacted them i was just messed about and fobbed off. When i threatened them with legal action, they agreed to send replacements. I only recieved 2 packs replacement. These 2 replacement packs arrived damaged too. Once you have ordered & paid, they are not interested. I will be contacting Trading Standards

Poor sub standard solid oak flooring. All knots imperfections and impurities are filled with a dark brown wood filler. Over 50% of the wood in the 23 packs we bought are covered in wood filler. Trying to get customer satisfaction is impossible now in the hands of MasterCard. it took 5 weeks of calls and emails before I could get through to actually speak to someone. They simply do not care. AVOID DO NOT USE.
