We had a really good experience with ACR Carpets. They were quick to respond to my emails and with arranging an appointment to measure up and provide samples. The appointment date to fit the carpet was much quicker than I expected. The fitters were professional, friendly and fitted the underlay and laid the carpet to a high standard. They also trimmed the doors without complaint. Would recommend and would use again.

Alistair and his team couldn't have been more helpful. They were professional and helpful and even moved some furniture back into the lounge for me. I will definitely be using them again soon for the rest of the house.

We have used ACR Carpets several times over the last 6 years as we have gradually replaced the flooring through the whole house. Once again Alistair and his team have made the process easy. He is a skilled professional, provides good advise, and was very happy to come at times that worked around our family needs. On the day the carpets were fitted there was minimal disruption or mess.

Alistair and hi steam were very professional right from my first enquiry. They were very quick to respond to messages and had a huge choice of carpets and flooring. On the day they did our laminate and carpets they were punctual and barely even stopped for a cup of tea! We were extremely happy with our carpets and laminate flooring and they tidied up after themselves really well too. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed from beginning to end with ACR. Everything was very efficient, from delivering the samples, to ordering, to it being fitted. It was good to see the samples in our room, that made our choice much easier. Alistair was very knowledgeable over our different options. Alistair and his colleague (sorry I dont know his name) were very efficient and friendly.

The carpet was all fitted very quick and they cleaned up well after they had finished the fitting. I would certainly have them back next time we need a new carpet and I would difinately recommend them.

The process of phoning for the initial appointment to the final fitting is seamless. From the choosing and measuring to the fitting everything is easy. No snags. Just polite and excellent service. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Great service, professional and friendly. Had two rooms carpeted at different times and nothing was too much trouble. Visited with samples, booked dates, no problem changing dates when building work not completed. Very accommodating. Quick efficient fitting and no problem working round some furniture we were unable to remove from the room. Fantastic service. ACR fitted a new lounge carpet and new kitchen flooring for me. Took the old flooring away and did the whole lot within 3 hours. Turned up on time, very professional and trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Just had carpets taken out of 2 Bathrooms and a smart cushion floor laid the service was excellent Alistair and co worker were very polite tidied every thing away and took all the old carpeting with them. This was only a small job, but I will definitely use ACR Carpets for a bigger job in the near future.

I have just had carpets fitted throughout my new home by Alistair and Paddy. I couldn’t be happier one with the carpet and two with the service I received from initial quote to fitting. Alistair also arranged for my doors to be amended so they didn’t stick on the carpet. Very friendly, professional service. The quality of their work is top notch.
