Ambience Flooring & Fine Furnishing

This is the second time we have dealt with Adrian and the team at Ambience to buy and have fitted flooring from their Karndean range. Great service and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I can't recommend Ambience Design Flooring highly enough. From Adrian's warm and helpful advice to Steph and Chris's visit to measure up and Joel's fitting - nothing was too much trouble and the finished floor is fantastic. They were VERY competitive on price compared to other local retailers. Forgive the photos - the room is not finished yet: but I am sure you can see the professional finish - we are delighted! Delighted with our new herringbone amtico floor we had fitted last week. From start to finish Ambience was a pleasure to deal with. Massive thanks to Steph in the office and also to Stevie who fitted the floor, his work was very clean and tidy and attention to detail was second to none.

Adrian was extremely helpful and has a large selection of flooring options to choose from. We opted for Karndean Design Flooring. He permitted us to take samples home and arranged to call and measure the room and collect the samples. The next day he telephoned with the quote and we were happy to place the order. When our building works we're completed Adrian managed to facilitate us due to delays with other customers building works.

The fitter, Stephen Bell was punctual, and did a superb job. We are delighted with the finished product which has really enhanced our lounge, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ambiance Design Flooring and their fitter Stephen.

Excellent Karndean flooring bought and fitted from this company. Also got carpets as well. Excellent service and good price. Fast delivery and fitters very good. Great choice of flooring. Dealt with the slightly quirky older man Adrian ( I think he may be the owner).

We chose Ambience Design Flooring, because they were the only supplier of Karndean flooring which we wanted for our hall, kitchen and bathrooms. Adam was very friendly and helpful in the showroom and Gary and Dermot did a fantastic job fitting the flooring. They worked very hard and even came back on a Sunday to complete the job. We dealt with Chris at Ambience, and the service was perfect. We bought Amtico for the ground floor. Told us to take samples home to ensure we had right one. No pressure in the slightest. And glad we did as WE would have chosen wrongly. He averted a disaster for us. Price agreed, very competitive, all ordered and fitted beautifully without any hiccups. Extremely delighted with how my floor turned out, especially given the difficulty of the different levels and scores that were found from taking off the previous floor. Adrian was very helpful with picking the floors and the communication was great. Stephen who fitted the floor done a fantastic job, over the moon with how my house is turning out!

We are really pleased with the Karndean floor the floor flows seamlessly from one room into another and we were able to put it down on top of tiles. We find the Karndean floor to be warmer and quieter than the tiles. Adrian was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and Ian fitted the floor with care and attention to detail would definitely use again.

Chose a Karndean floor tile for the bathroom and within a few days it was fitted. The fitter, Stevie, was a bit of a perfectionist and very fussy about how the finished floor would look. Took him longer than expected but he wasn't prepared to rush the job and worked hard to leave the floor looking perfect. From start to finish we were very happy with Ambience Flooring.

I would highly recommend Ambience Flooring. Called into the show room on a Saturday morning and Adrian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He called round to the house the same afternoon to measure up and provide quote. As ours was a kitchen extension Adrian and his team were very thorough in ensuring the old and new floors were levelled up correctly.
