We ordered our Armin, engineered wood floor after shopping around for weeks. and what helped us make our minds up eventually was the great customer service and genuine advice Tina gave us every time we visited their showroom in Hillington. While there was an unanticipated problem with one of their couriers, Tina took 100% responsibility to resolve the matter, going above and beyond to do everything humanly possible to ensure our floor could be fitted on time.

She kept us informed throughout and their follow up customer service was very impressive too. Overall we are delighted with how the flooring looks and would highly recommend this company, who really impressed us with their determination to resolve a problem that proved very challenging - excellent customer service.

Purchased 9m sqd of 20 mm rubber gym flooring. Extremely impressed with the Facebook support feature with any questions, prompt responses and the level of communication post order. I then ordered additional tiles and had great communication and support from Debbie. I would highly rate the product, seems great quality especially for heavy lifting.

Recently purchased reclaimed flooring which was as good as new (with bonus option of sports floor lines left on as preference). Stunning Flooring at a great price and couldn't be happier. The guys at McKays were fantastic, from helping us choose the right flooring right through to installation. We almost made the mistake of going 'cheap' and just ordering from a random online - glad we didn't as we got quality flooring from a reputable supplier, and it was installed perfectly! I have had friends get floors installed by amateurs too - only to have serious issues further down the line. I would thoroughly recommend.

We have used McKay Flooring for all of our laminate and hardwood flooring throughout our house and would highly recommend.
