Highly recommend flooring supply we had a beautiful karndean floor layed in both sitting rooms down stairs. Very professional and have done an amazing job. Definitely worth the wait.

Bought a lot of laminate flooring but we were a box short they found a damaged box for us and give it to us free can't knock that would recommend and use again

Fantastic service, I used them a couple of years ago supply and fit Amtico in a conservatory and I've just used them again. No hesitation in recommending Joel and the fitters. I had some ideas but thankfully listened to Joel and took some of his advice.

We have recently put new flooring throughout the house all supplied by Christine and the team and we are delighted with the quality. The customer service provided was second to none - friendly, efficient and very much personalised to our needs. As the person choosing the flooring is disabled Christine happily allowed sample books to be taken away to view at home and when a last minute delivery was needed they juggled their delivery schedule to incorporate ours - what more could you ask for! Well done to all the team, highly recommended

Was recommended to this place by my sister, and very happy with the recommendation. First off showroom gives you so many ideas and design possibilities, as there are numerous display stands all set up. Staff in shop incredibly helpful and attentive, without being pushy. There's even complimentary tea/coffee available. When we made our decision, three rooms in a combination of Amtico and Karndean, Christine the lady who came to measure up, was very quick and efficient.

The price quoted beat John Lewis out of the park by a considerable distance. Before fitting Joel called in to check over everything to ensure that all building work we'd had done was compatible. The fitter Jimmy spent six days preparing and installing the floor, what a craftsman! Finished article looks absolutely stunning. The quality of the finish, coupled with the great staff this place has, make this place a go to destination if you want John Lewis type service and quality at for more competitive prices. Update, a week or so after fitting, we noticed one piece that needed a slight adjustment. One phone call and the work was booked in St a date and time of our convience and then corrected, with no fuss or bother.

We were very unfortunate to be recommended to the Flooring Supply Centre. After struggling to find the tiles we needed for our kitchen a friend suggest we go to Dunnings Bridge Road as they have a screen where you can manipulate images of your kitchen to see what will look good. As it turned out its a service you can only get with a certain type of tile.

We selected a tile that was suggested to us from out of the back store room and suited our kitchen. Despite being told they are commercial quality but actually turned out to be domestic we went ahead and bought them. After the tiles where fitted we noticed that 7 of the tiles where standing out from the rest. We called Christine and and informed her there was a problem.

We clearly explained that you couldn't see the difference in the evening in false light and can somebody come out in the daylight. That's when Joel came out in the evening and stood in our kitchen and shouted us down and told us they where fine and yet refused to come and see them in the daylight! I was surprised to learn that he is the owner? Left with no options I got my friend who is in the flooring business and has dealings with this company to come and see them in the daylight.

He confirmed that either the batch codes had been mixed up or the tiles where faulty in some way. Even after he reported back to Flooring Supply Centre nothing was done to address our complaint and so far after 6 months we have had no co-operation from this company. I have since written to them with my complaint and told them that I want no more to do with them or their extremely rude owner/manager and I will never use them again. I now need to save up for another floor covering to stick over the top. And all this from a recommendation!.
