Resintek recently installed Whiterock walls to my dog grooming studio- before the installation I was painting the studio every 3 months as the walls became grimy from the dog hair and constant wiping down. Since the installation it's basically changed my life- It's so easy to wipe down, stays white, seems brighter and hygienically clean. I Absolutely love it. Sam the installer fitted it all within a day and thoroughly cleaned up after - Thank you Resintek for an amazing service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The company were commissioned to install a resin floor; my opinion is that the quality of the work is entirely abysmal. The company were asked to send a representative to inspect their work, They sent a representative from upper management; he inspected the floor and to my utter shock in a feeble defence said; "Well it wasn't intended to be like a billiard table", he was then asked if they were prepared to rectify the issue and his comment was "I don't think there's anything to rectify" and he left the premises.

Make your own judgment; Here are the photos of their so called work. Looking at the previous reviews on here their stance appears to be denial of the work based on confusion by the reviewer; our work was instructed by our insurer and I am more than happy to prove that we are not confused about who carried it out just incase Resintek Services Ltd intent to adopt the denial approach here too. Let's see if they respond to this post.

Interiorbuild use Resintek Services to carry out Resin Flooring finishes on our projects with factory production areas. They are professional and reliable. We have always received very good service and a good tough finished product that will last. So now we do not use anyone else, we always go straight to Resintek to carry out these works.

Resintek were recommended to us by a National Flooring Supplier, from the outset we found Grant and his team to be very efficient and proactive with the contract pre start requirements and throughout each of the projects we have worked with Resintek. A few of these projects have been in a high security locations with very strict working conditions, throughout these projects Resintek have been reliable, clean, safe and always handover a first class project including receiving compliments from the end user.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Extremely disappointed, got this company recommended by a friend of a friend. Everything ran smoothly until we had issue with the flooring. Didn't respond to any emails or phone calls. Avoid!

I never write reviews but I picked this company after reading the great reviews online (which in my opinion must have been written by themselves). I paid a huge amount for my floor (200m2) and I am still left with an extra bill. Resintek are very happy to take your money and they will not come to your house or do any work until you have paid in full.

I now understand why. The floor wasn't laid perfectly and it was huge marks on it (clearly visible). Apparently this is what might happen resin isn't perfect? If I wanted it fixed they would come out but at a cost of another 3000. Why should I have to pay more money for a floor when it is not done properly? I now wished I gone straight to one of the bigger firms.

We used Resintek services to supply us with a new floor in our commercial kitchen. We had several potential companies to choose from with competitive quotes, but Resintek came out on top for us because of their incredible knowledge of existing floor sub structures, as we have had several business associates who have used other companies that have had problems with new floors after several months of heavy use.

We could not find any evidence of this with Resintek. It's longevity we were looking for as well as quality. We had incredible customer service in addition to extensive knowledge of their product and installation.

Resintek laid a fabulous resin ground floor to our large contemporary home in 2017. They are an exceptional business with exceptional staff and exceptional client service. We had issues with screed, timing and moisture that had nothing to do with Resintek who went out of their way to ensure that despite these Contractor related issues, we had a wonderful floor. Can't recommend them highly enough.
