Didn't receive any update (neither email or sms/call) from them, and called on booking day to find my booking was cancelled. Claiming that they had contacted me before. I didn't want to write this but had to as moving house has been stressful and this happened on the top of it.

Action Carpets are absolutely brilliant from having the measurements done, to helping us with carpet choices- to the two guys who fitted our carpet. The fitters didn't even mind moving our three piece suite for us as we had nowhere to put it. We will most definitely be using this company again for when we need a carpet for our hallway, stairs and landing. Their attitude towards their customers are absolutely fantastic unlike another company. Well done Action Carpets for a fantastic job

Great service. Not even a hint of 'salesman' about the team here. They listened, and with their advice I was able to find exactly what I needed for a great price (a rival big name company had been pushing me to spend a lot more, on carpet that would have been far more than I needed). Action were able to get the carpet in stock, and fitted, really quickly.

Hundreds of end of roll carpets and flooring tiles the young girl was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Recently ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms. As all trades are extremely busy at the moment (I think there's a boom in home improvements currently), first available fitting was originally booked in for early July. Couple of days after placing the order, they rang me and said they had a last minute cancellation and could now fit me in earlier, so the next day their team of fitters turned up to fit the new carpets.

I can thoroughly recommend this company - competitive prices, great service, helpful knowledgeable staff, lots of stock in their warehouse to choose from, and the fitting team did a great job. Later in the year I shall need new flooring for other parts of the house, and I shall definitely be using this company again. Give your custom to a great local company - much better than the usual 'big boys' carpet retailers.

Visited looking for vinyl flooring for a bathroom. Despite there being a large selection of colours, designs and qualities, we didn't see anything that we immediately liked. I guess we're just hard to please!

Lesley at Action Carpets is a real gem! I only needed a small piece of Lyno for my bathroom, and she was so kind. My selection was made very quickly, as I had to get the flooring ordered and delivered asap due to shops being shut for Covid. I had booked my builder to start the bathroom on 6th July, which meant Lesley really had to move heaven and earth to get my flooring for me on time. I would certainly recommend this company again, and when we do our kitchen next year, I shall be returning. Many thanks for your professional yet personal service.

Helpful staff, good choices of carpets and reasonably priced

Great prices and excellent customer service. We were looking for a more expensive carpet, but after talking to the salesman he advised it would not be suitable for where we wanted it fitted. So we changed our choice for a slightly cheaper version that he assured would do the job. No gimmicky sale prices but cheaper than the previous well known store we had visited.
