Solid wood floor fitted - Huw and his guys are exemplary. Professional, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Competitively priced. We had some floor repaired as had had a leak and the solid wood footing had to be taken up to repair it. They repaired the floor such that you couldn't tell it had been uprooted. A very challenging job that we didn't expect to be finished the way it was.

The other challenge was laying floor in a part of the house where the extension had settled and the room slanted into a corner. They applied feathered strips of wood to leve the joists and did a perfect job of this too. Will use again and recommend unreservedly.

If you want a new floor, and you want the job done properly, don't bother looking anywhere else. Carsons Flooring are a proper, totally reliable, top job company. I stumbled across them by chance. I can't describe how happy I am that I did. I was going to sign up with a huge nationwide company, but got the jitters with them. From my first phone call with Huw, to the installation I knew I was in great, knowledgeable hands.

We are totally in love with our floor! It's exceeded all our expectations. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. The standard of work and commitment from you and your guys from beginning to end is brilliant, and sadly, not seen as often as should be. We can't thank you enough, especially during these covid times when lead times slip and products are hard to come by. If I didn't know how hard the industry had been hit at present, I'd not have had a clue! You were seamlessly efficient.

Excellent job by Carsons, renovating our worn, scratched and dented kitchen/dining room floor. It now looks better than when it was first installed 15 years ago. The job took less than 2 days and the team were friendly, courteous, tidy, prompt and helpful. The interactive survey by smartphone app is a brilliant innovation too, saving lots of time and hassle. We have used Carsons for three projects in the past 20 years and they are always superb. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my floors.

I have used Carson's a couple of times for flooring working within a couple of properties. From the first point of contact they have proven to be friendly and extremely professional.
