Came on here to see if anyone else had experienced the level of rudeness I did when I visited the warehouse yesterday. Shockingly bad customer service. Not sure why the bloke hated me so much, perhaps it's just being surrounded by carpets all day does that to him? Probably in the wrong job then.

Excellent service. Had cheap laminate removed from all rooms in my new flat and new carpets/underlay fitted into 3 rooms. Very helpful in getting rid of my waste. Very happy with the price quoted. Would recommend KK to others.
