Me and my partner received amazing customer service at Hyperion Tiles. We previously got let down by another tile company and we're left with no tiles a week before our project was due to start. We visited the store last minute in the hope we can find an alternative. Richard went above & beyond to help us source the tiles we wanted within the timeframe and was very competitively priced with the market, we couldn't be happier with the tiles and the service received. We would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from Hyperion Tiles. I chose the store simply because they had the best price available for the tiles I wanted. Unfortunately, as I went for two colours of the same tile, there were not enough in stock of the second colour. Brandon at Hyperion reached out to me immediately following my order to update me on this and would let me know if they would be able to get stock.

The following day I was updated, as they were unable to source for a few months, they sent me a number of similar options. We ended up picking one of these options and I actually prefer them to our original choice! These were sent out immediately and arrived in time for the weekend as we could get a tiler to complete this then. Can't thank Brandon at Hyperion enough and they could not do more for you - the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Thank you so much! :

We were very impressed with both the array of tiles on offer and the range of prices at Hyperion. The team offered us some very constructive advice and their "free borrow a tile service" was particularly useful. Our order arrived exactly when we requested with the team demonstrating great flexibility as we imposed various modifications on our needs. Overall, a very professional and agreeable experience.

Hyperion supplied almost all the floor and wall tiles for our new self build house. They gave a competitive quote and organised staged delivery exactly as requested and at the price quoted. All handled by Brandon Skeoch in a friendly and efficient manner. Recommended.

Such a great company to deal with! I only needed someone to cut my replacement floor tiles and no tiling company would help. In contrast they were super helpful, friendly and were more than happy to do it, even though it was a very small job! Also had a great selection of tiles in the shop. Would highly recommend the team and company!

Excellent choice of tiles at their showroom in Ascot. We bought a 600x600 concrete effect porcelain tiles for our kitchen extension and they look amazing! Will be purchasing tiles from their Ca Pietra range when we finally do our bathroom. Excellent advice from Richard and after sale service. I Would highly recommend Hyperion Tiles.

After visiting a number of local tile shops and doing the usual online search my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into Hyperion Tiles. Located on Ascot High street, the shop looks very upmarket, however they have a range of Tiles to suit any budget. My wife found some tiles from Tops Tiles but they were way above our designated budget, Richard and his team worked with us to find an alternative tile that would give the same look and feel the wife was after.

In the end he found us a better quality and looking tile for a quarter of the price!. In summary the service is second to none, and they didn't push the most expensive tile that they could find (like some local business's) they seemed to want to give us value for money. Very happy with the service and product, highly recommend this shop best tile shop I have visited in the Ascot/Bracknell area.

I have known Richard for many years now, and have recently bought some more tiles from him for our two new bathrooms and one existing bathroom. As always, Richards service and professionalism is second to none, and I would recommend anyone needing tiles, new worktops etc, to go and see his amazing new showroom too : Now cant wait to see the tiles when they have been fitted in a few weeks time.!

Just wanted to highlight the excellent service received by the guys at Hyperion Tiles. We needed to have a single tile cut at very short notice and despite trying several other suppliers, it was only Hyperion who managed to accommodate us. We needed to source a worktop for our new kitchen, Richard at Hyperion offer outstanding advice and guidance in choosing the right one to suit our purpose at an excellent price and quality. The whole process from choosing though to fitting was very smooth and professional. Although, we did not require tiles for this transformation we will definitely be back to choose tiles in the future as they have a fantastic selection of the most gorgeous and exquisite tiles.
